Refund Policy

1. GENERAL POLICY All sales are final. No refunds or chargebacks will be issued for any purchase made on Outpost. By purchasing any product, you agree to these terms.

2. WARRANTY COVERAGE BY PRODUCT TYPE Product Type Warranty Period Coverage Premium Accounts 1 Month Account issues not caused by customer Budget Accounts 2 Weeks Account issues not caused by customer NFAs ❌ NO WARRANTY Sold AS-IS (compensation only if our fault) 3. WHAT WARRANTY COVERS Warranty covers issues with the account that:

✅ Exist at time of purchase (undisclosed Rust game bans, server bans, missing items, etc.)

✅ Occur due to account malfunction (login issues, locked accounts, etc.)

✅ Are caused by the seller's actions

4. WHAT WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER Warranty does NOT cover:

❌ Game bans (Facepunch/EAC bans) after purchase

❌ Server bans after purchase

❌ Bans caused by customer behavior (cheating, toxicity, etc.)

❌ Any action taken by the customer that affects the account

❌ Password changes by customer (NFAs only)

❌ Lost access due to customer actions

❌ Issues with the loader (NFAs only - unless our fault)

5. WARRANTY PROCESS To make a warranty claim:

Open a ticket on Discord within the warranty period

Provide your order number

Explain the issue with the account

Provide proof/screenshots if applicable

We require proof for all warranty claims.

We will:

Investigate the claim

Determine if coverage applies

Provide compensation if eligible:

✅ Full refund OR

✅ Replacement account of same or higher value

Deny the claim if caused by customer actions

6. NFAs (No Warranty) NFAs are sold AS-IS with NO WARRANTY. This means:

No replacements

No refunds

All sales final

Exception: If the issue is caused by OUR fault (e.g., invalid code, loader malfunction, wrong account delivered), we will provide compensation.

NFAs may be banned, locked, or reclaimed at any time. Purchase only if you understand and accept these risks.

7. BAN DISCLOSURE Undisclosed bans (Rust game bans or server bans that existed before purchase) ARE covered under warranty.

Bans that occur after purchase are NOT covered.

8. COMPENSATION OPTIONS If your warranty claim is approved, you will receive either:

Full refund of the purchase amount

Replacement account of the same or higher value

No partial refunds are offered.

9. DISCLAIMER Outpost is not liable for:

Any bans that occur after the account has been sold

Loss of access due to customer actions

Server bans or game bans after purchase

Any issues caused by the customer
